Formspree states that it provides its services in compliance with the GDPR and uses Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for the processing of personal data. According to Formspree, its services are hosted using Amazon Web Services in the United States.
We provide an AI-powered chat service from Botpress Inc. on our website. Botpress is only loaded after you actively start the chat and confirm the corresponding privacy notice. Technical connection data (e.g. IP address and browser information) as well as the content you enter into the chat may be processed. Please do not submit sensitive personal data via the chat. Botpress processes conversation data on our behalf; certain usage data is processed by Botpress under its own responsibility.
In the course of processing, data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States. The data processing agreement concluded with Botpress provides appropriate safeguards for this purpose, in particular the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Botpress also uses subprocessors.
Use of the chat is voluntary. If you do not activate the chat, Botpress will not be loaded through our integration.
